This is the collection of Nina Paxton's correspondence, personal accounts, and newspaper and magazine articles related to her hearing Amelia Earhart's distress calls on her short-wave radio in Ashland, Kentucky, after Earhart and her navigator Fred Noonan disappeared in the Pacific on July 2, 1937.
